I dropped of my vehicle for an oil change on Thursday and I never was notified my vehicle was ready. The following day, I called multiple times to speak to the service department and nobody ever picked up. I I never was notified my vehicle was ready. I then called to speak to another department of the dealership and after stating that I had attempted to get a hold of the service department all they did as transfer me over to the service department, which was frustrating. I had to drive to the dealership to get an answer. The only positive was that my vehicle was ready and the gentleman that helped me allowed me to take my vehicle with free of charge. More

I unfortunately, ,had a very poor experience with the sales person and sales manager. I was not shown the sales price or any numbers prior to sitting with the finance manager. After I ask the sales person several times for the numbers. The price of the vehicle was $3000 more than displayed on sticker. While the finance manager rectified the price of vehicle, he almost had me purchase an extended warranty that would of only been good for 11 months when the vehicle was still covered under the original warranty Upon actual delivery of the vehicle, no one assisted me with the features and the truck had less than a quarter tank of gas in it for me to travel back to Tampa. Since I bought the truck less than two weeks, the driver’s side window motor went out and the windshield wipers need to be replaced which should of been caught on inspection of the vehicle by the dealership. The entire experience was the worst “car buying” experience I have had in 30 years. More
