This has been the second time (and last) I go to this dealership. Most recent visit was for two recalls. TPMS and ECM. One day after they claimed that they took care of the recalls and give me a recei dealership. Most recent visit was for two recalls. TPMS and ECM. One day after they claimed that they took care of the recalls and give me a receipt that they fixed everything and checked the tires pressure and adjusted them, my TPMS, pressure loss warning came up on the dashboard. Surprisingly, I found that all the tires pressure were WAY below the suggested pressures (ranging 23-26 PSI, while the suggested is 36) It is very unsafe and unprofessional. I’m glad that while driving 300 miles on the highway, this low tires pressure didn’t cause me any problems. My first encounter with them was about two years ago, when my dashboard showed that the front collision assist system is malfunctioning. My car at that time had 3000 miles on it. Pretty much was still a brand new car. They refused to fix it unless I pay $700. Which is BS. Will never go back to them. Never any VW car again. More
