Exceptional service—The car was inspected for the issues that I pointed out. I was given advice, but declined to get the work done. I expected to be charged at least for the labor but, to my surprise, I was that I pointed out. I was given advice, but declined to get the work done. I brought our 2011 Jetta in for service. Greg, the service manager, was clear in explaining the costs involved in determining the issues and for doing a complete checkup of the car. After Greg, the service manager, was clear in explaining the costs involved in determining the issues and for doing a complete checkup of the car. After the checkup he was honest in answering my questions as to what was needed immediately and what could wait. The car was returned with our chosen matters repaired and the car was cleaned. We appreciated that they offered a valet service to drive us home. They provided the best and most honest dealer service I have had in over 40 years of owning cars. More
