The people I encountered from the start of my purchase of my car to the service crew were all very nice and accommodating. The customer service is terrible. It took thwm almost 4 hours to call me back which is absolutely ridiculous for an oil change. I was told by Carlos and another women how busy it was It took thwm almost 4 hours to call me back which is absolutely ridiculous for an oil change. I was told by Carlos and another women how busy it was but when I walked in they had about 6 people sitting and standing around. I find it hard to believe no one could have picked up the phone to call me. My car was never washed. You never have loner cars available ever or you tell customers it’s a 2 month wait. That is crazy! I've been dealing with this dealership on and off for about 15 years and after my awful experience I remember why I stopped coming to the dealership for service. More
