Greg provides excellent customer services. He understands all the technical details and is always able to break it down for customers using simple language without auto jargon. Mechanics who are working on maintenance service and repairs is a different story. While they generally do a good job, they always leave a mess in a car and dirt on the driver and passenger's seat. Apparently they don't car about the feedback as they keep repeating it. More

I won’t be taking my vehicles to this dealership anymore. I’ve had multiple experiences of careless service and poor maintenance that have completely eroded my trust in them. Despite giving them multiple cha I’ve had multiple experiences of careless service and poor maintenance that have completely eroded my trust in them. Despite giving them multiple chances, I’ve come to realize I can’t rely on them for quality work. For example, I brought my Jetta in for a simple oil change, only to be told later that the oil pan needed replacement due to a stripped bolt. This was confusing, as they’ve been the only ones servicing my car every 5,000 miles since I bought it. They claimed the damage was from “wear and tear” but refused to accept responsibility for their technician’s error. Instead, I was expected to pay for a new pan and bolt because of their incompetence. They also cracked a bolt on the air filter housing by overtightening it, and was also told that it needs replacing as well on my expense, even though the only people touching it are their staff at the regular service intervals. Most recently, I took my other VW in for a brake flush. When I got home, I noticed a film of residue on the car’s roof and side door panel. On closer inspection, I found corrosive brake fluid on the bumper and engine bay, which I had to wash off quickly to avoid damage. When I spoke with the service manager about this, he denied responsibility, suggesting it was either something I did or an environmental factor, which made no sense given the situation. In short, I no longer believe this dealership values its customers or makes any real effort to provide reliable service. After multiple attempts to give them a fair chance, I can confidently say I won’t be returning. More
