Had a problem starting my car. They told me how to get it started, and to bring the car in. When I got there it was the end of the day, and they said they were closing in half an They told me how to get it started, and to bring the car in. The team was so helpful while I dealt with some unexpected maintenance on my GTI. I told Greg this was the first major car service I needed since my dad passed away last year. Greg was incredibly kind and patient, walking me through all the work I needed done, while giving me time and space to decide how I wanted to proceed.
