Left my car on Friday for a service check. They stated there was nothing wrong the vehicle and the car was picked up on Saturday. Sunday we noticed puddles on our driveway and when we popped They stated there was nothing wrong the vehicle and the car was picked up on Saturday. Sunday we noticed puddles on our driveway and when we popped the hood we noticed the tech left a pressure gauge tool attached to my car and forgot to put back the engine cover and filter cover. We were never contacted about it, I had to reach out to them and when I did the rep stated the car was safe to drive. When I started to drive, the car started to leak an insane amount of gas. My car was not safe to drive and I’m horrified at the fact that they claimed it was. I could have hurt others or myself. After they towed the car and inspected it the second time around, they “found” a leak. They provided me an estimate of $2175.09 to fix the leak they found that they didn’t find the first time and breaks. I usually don’t write surveys but this experience really shook me. I am writing because I feel it is important for them to implement a strict guideline on how a car should be returned back to a customer. I hope what happened to me was the first time an incident like this occurred and the last time. If not, then next time, something much worse can happen. More
