Can highly recommend this dealer and their entire team! To put this into perspective for anybody who cares, I have professionally seen and visited over 70 % of all VW dealerships in the United States during my work days! More

Stereotypical lying salesman I don't even know what this site is, but I found it and am writing this just to get the word out how fake this dealership is. I brought in my Jetta le I don't even know what this site is, but I found it and am writing this just to get the word out how fake this dealership is. I brought in my Jetta lease at expiration to buy the car out or purchase a used Passat since it is slightly bigger, but IF and only IF they would cover my lease termination fees. On the spot, my sales manager, JOHN DACOSTA, 100% agreed and said to me with certainty they would cover the lease termination fees if I purchased my new car with them. The process from there on was great, and I have enjoyed my Passat. HOWEVER, it is now 10 full months later, and they have not paid the lease termination bill. I am now forced to pay their bill or face being sent to collections and permanently ruining my credit. The worst part is I have received a reminder to pay every month from VW credit, and every single month I go on the same merry go round with this place. The past four months they have agreed to pay, given me the check number and proceed to claim a lost check the next month. I've talked with everyone I can get my hands on and nothing changes. To me, the worst part is that they couldn't just say to me, "Marc, we made a mistake. We can't live up to our agreement. I'm sorry." Instead they continue lying to my face. Also! Yes, I did get the deal in writing but the bill I am talking about literally came to $200... The lawyer fees to do anything more about this would cost more than the bill. As a result, I've settled on leaving a scathing review everywhere possible. Hope you never go here. More
Water in the car Bought a new 2018 Alltrack less than 48 hours ago. I didn't get a chance to inspect, and nobody told me to inspect. Anyway, I was looking for a wheel Bought a new 2018 Alltrack less than 48 hours ago. I didn't get a chance to inspect, and nobody told me to inspect. Anyway, I was looking for a wheel lock key and couldn't find it. Called the dealership and they told me to look under the cargo mat. Opened up and I found water, gallons of water, instead of the key. The spare tire was swimming in a pool. I found some rust there so I figured this car has a chronic problem. Then, I carefully looked around and found extensive water damage on the ceiling. Even the emergency bag was wet inside. I removed the panel behind the emergency box and found lots of water there too. I called the dealership. They told me to drop the car but they have no loaner. The key is still missing along with a lift jack and etc. Is it a lemon? They say no. VW HQ said they will monitor the process. I hope Three County VW repairs my brand New car perfectly. I will add more later. More
Transmission issues in 2018 model They'll remind you a dozen times how they're family owned, so of course, you'll be treated like family. There's a reason for the saying to never do b They'll remind you a dozen times how they're family owned, so of course, you'll be treated like family. There's a reason for the saying to never do business with family. Once you buy your car and out the door, that's it. I'm barely past 6 months into my Tiguan lease and my transmission became an issue after what their shop says isn't their responsibility or VW's... that it was PROBABLY a small rock that somehow made it's way into the transmission. So, of course, they're not liable for the cost. When trying to lease, you're told you're the leasee. Then somehow you're now the owner and liable for costs of a new car for a problem no one has a definitive answer for. We tried multiple times to explain our side and one wants to listen. Now we're paying a large sum of $$$ for something no one has an explanation as to why happened. How do we know this won't happen again due to some design flaw that allows rocks to make its way through front grills? I'll be liable again?! Transmission issues this soon and I'm paying for it? NO PROOF...yet MY PROBLEM?! Of course my warranty doesn't help...when does it ever when you need it most? What does a warranty cover anyway? Anyone interested in the Tiguan or Three County? Think twice. More
