Accommodating! This was my first visit for service, having purchased the car at a dealer no longer in business. The initial wait at service was unusually long - my appointment was at 12 pm, and it was lunchtime. One of the advisors was trying to solve a complicated and lengthy problem for a customer and it slowed things down. Once taken, the process was smooth and they got me out on time. The car wasn’t washed but I was given a voucher for a car wash. The car wash was closed. That was disappointing. I live 12 miles away so there is no car wash there in my future. My lease is up in February and I would consider buying from this dealership. I test drove a Beetle and James was well-versed in all aspects of the VW lineup. More
