Went in because my tire was leaking air. Turns out my tires needed to be changed. Customer service was helpful and courteous. Unexpected fees I called a week in advance to make an appointment to get a quote for the services. I explained to them that my remote on my key did not work and I ask I called a week in advance to make an appointment to get a quote for the services. I explained to them that my remote on my key did not work and I asked specifically if there would be any extra charges. It was explained to me that the remote wasn’t necessary therefore the pricing wouldn’t change. I cleared my schedule and brought my car in just to find out they wanted to charge me a little under $1,000 for a remote start because of the key (something they said wouldn’t be a problem). I asked to speak to the supervisor, Matt, and he told me with attitude that there’s nothing they can do for me because he can’t imshine who would tell me something like that (as if I was lying). Later they texted me and told me they found out who gave me the wrong information and that I would still be paying more but not as much as projected earlier. I was not okay with this but I wanted the work done so I told them to proceed until they told me that I’ll gave to come back in 2-3 days. I canceled the entire work because my schedule is wat too tight to keep coming back and forth. I dropped my car off at 8 am and they had my car until 1 pm just for nothing to be done, not even a clutters the car wash. More
