Find the right color for me, and on top of that took care of my remaining lease return and I was so excited and happy. We just went to see the car, but "Junior" explained the car so good to us that we ended up Leasing a New 2014 Toyota Rav4 and am very happy with his service. This is our 3rd car which was leased by Junior Ashtiani, over the past 7 years going there. 100% recommended his service. More

Frank changed my mind, I will continue to go to this dealer I called this dealership last week (I have bought two cars here and serviced both of them at this location). A service rep answered my call and unfortunately was extremely rude to me. I typed a very negative review with the intention of posting here and sending to the corporate office. However Frank, the service manager, called me back. Scheduled my appointment, was pleasant to work with and apologized for his employees behavior. So what started as a major customer service issue ended on a positive note. Thank you Frank. More
Changed my mind competely about this dealership I have been doing business with Thousand Oaks Toyota since the late 90's but never thought very highly of the dealership. Today I brought my FJ Cruis I have been doing business with Thousand Oaks Toyota since the late 90's but never thought very highly of the dealership. Today I brought my FJ Cruiser in for its 15K service. The FJ is a great truck but two much vehicle for my needs and budget, so I walked over to the sales department not expecting anything in the way of help. Ken Reulein the salesman walked over and introduced himself, I explained my situation to him, he then lead me over to a beautiful 2014 Corolla (like he read my mind) it was just what I wanted. We sat down to negotiate a deal to trade in the FJ and purchase the Corolla. This was my first car purchase out over 15+ were I felt like the salesman was working to help me with the deal not trying to squeeze as much cash out of me as he could. Ken also took the time to show me all the bells and whistles and answer any questions I had about the car. I got the car I wanted at the price I could afford, Thank you Ken and the rest of the staff involved. Great experience!! More

I appreciated the time Ric took at the end to explain how the technical parts and the servicing of the car worked. I feel I could contact him with any follow up needs or questions. Excellent Service and Prices! I was having a problem getting the color I wanted for this car and I couldn't find a sales person that seemed honest or work with me on the price. The same thing happened eight years ago when I bought my first Prius. I live in Port Hueneme California and I tried to find a car I liked with a price I could afford in both the Oxnard and Ventura Toyota dealerships to no avail. I had outstanding service and help with questions and showing me how the car operates. If I wasn't just recovering from knee surgery, I would have gone to Thousand Oaks Toyota first. Ric Saenz, Fleet/Internet Manager, was so very helpful and supportive when I was worried about the total cost of the car. He set things up in my car for me and showed me how rouse all the components of the fancy technical accessories. Fred, the sales manager that had to work with all the figures was outstanding. He was so friendly and kind and answered my questions in a reassuring and very honest way. Then there was Bill Greene, the Finance Manager, who helped me through all the paperwork. He had lots of patience and was very friendly and helpful, helping me though this process of the sale. All in all it was a pleasant and very happy experience. I would refer anyone that was interested in a Toyota to Thousand Oaks Toyota. More

We can also imagine how the experience that goes along with getting that new car can be confusing and tedious. Well, nothing could be further from the truth regarding my time with Mitch at Toyota at Thousand Oaks. My search began with an email. I received a prompt reply with a friendly answer to my question. I wrote back several times with more specific questions. Then I went to visit Mitch in person. I was welcomed with a friendly smile and felt an ease that instantly comforted me. I knew I was in good hands. This man was patient with me, explained (he's an excellent teacher) all scenarios regarding payments and never pressured me for any decisions. He made me feel very special as he seemed to know the importance of my comfort. I trusted him every step of the way and would feel VERY confident referring family, friends, and even strangers to Mitch for a truly helpful and fun time buying a car. His service was exceptional in every way and it was a real pleasure to work with him! More
