They kept ignoring my issues and try to sell me full service that was done a month ago, Than claimed in order to fix my car issues they need to charge me even though I am still under Toyota warranty. Than talking to the person in charge Scott Lindsay at service it was worse. Again He claimed they got a busy day and it doesn't worth for them to spend time on warranty issues and he will charge for diagnostics. Other than that when they registered my miles they added 150mile extra. No idea how these people still in business. Just run from this dealer. BAD BAD BAD!!! More
Taking advantage of a 22-year old female I know very little about vehicles as my father generally helps me with my vehicle. It turns out, a large piece of my tire was ripped away and you quoted me $550.00 for one new tire and $200.00 for a front end alignment. When I chose not to proceed with these unreasonable charges, you charged me $120.00 to inspect the tire. I went to American tire and purchased two new tires and an alignment all the way around and left with a reasonable charge of $352.00. I will never again do business with your dealership and I will begin advising everyone I know, the treatment they should expect from your dealership. As I read all the other reviews, I can see your management doesn't care either. Karma will eventually catch up with you and when the chips are down for your dealership, please understand you did it to yourself. More

Worst and horrible experience on car rental I was approved by Toyota as a Mirai customer to lease Toyota car while hydrogen shortage issue is being looked into by Toyota. I went to Thousand Oaks I was approved by Toyota as a Mirai customer to lease Toyota car while hydrogen shortage issue is being looked into by Toyota. I went to Thousand Oaks Toyota and got a Camry. I had given my American Express Platinum card as part of the lease, When I returned there was a crack at the bottom, so I gave my insurance details and insurance paid the amount and the my deductible was due of $1000. I approached American Express as they cover this as part of the agreement. American Express asked for the proof from Toyota, which they never gave. I provided all the details but when I asked for the lease agreement with my credit card info, they said they don't store it, customer service representative was extremely rude. She said she will have her supervisor to call me back. The supervisor never called, I called more then three times now. While Toyota is sending it to their collection department asking for $1000 while they are not even supporting to provide the necessary documentation. Horrible place and no one should even be subjected to this type of experience. More
Horrible Experience on New Car purchase and Service I specifically asked the sales person if toyota provides loaners when the car is in service as this is very important to me. Ladin Hyundai did every time I brought the car in and I didnt even buy the car from them. He stated that they did. I started having problems with the car immediately (like I couldnt even drive it home) so I was given a loaner off their used car lot. They fixed the initial problem and then two weeks later the car fails AGAIN this time because rats allegedy chewed wires causing $1260 worth of damage. Not covered under warranty (including all those extra warranty contracts they sell you), I had to submit to my insurance company and I have a 1000 deductible. Note the pre delivery report was signed off in August so that car sat there until October and no one inspected it again before it was sold to me. No loaner car was offered and they took two weeks to fix the problem. I will never do business with them again More

Touch sadly with a DMV investigator as this seems to be what toyota of Thousand Oaks does.... gets you into a contract — then once you have the car , they call and say you owe more money!!! They want to illegally use another car’s Vehicle identification number which we won’t do. I have sat with 8 of their salesmen who get in the car and say “I will try, but I don’t know how this works”. WHAT? Shouldn’t salesmen know about the cars they sell? And to top it off, RON Blomquist, general manger does not return calls, or answer my YELP review. If you read his standard response to the multitude of complaints, he uses the same line....I’m disappointed that.....but with a favorable review that they must beg customers to write, he replies with a standard thank you....He must get these responses out of a book. I do commend Allen Escobedo for his help on getting the smoke smell out and following up to see if it was satisfactory. This was a simple thing, but he followed up several times on a minor manor. He is professional and should run the place And train Ron, Al and Mark. More
Don't deal with Tania I was contacted by Tania Sunday morning saying she would love to earn my business. I told her what I was expecting and she agreed. All of a sudden they offered double what I was promised. $379 a month with a down payment!! Please look at the picture attached. Don't believe anything they tell you over the phone it's a bait n switch tactic they do there, so they can try and convince you to buy the car at a higher price because you are already at their dealership. Horrible service. More
