I am 23 years old and this was my frist new car buying experience. T.O. Toyota Sales department is TERRIBLE. They told me they would match a price that I received from another dealership (which I had i experience. T.O. Toyota Sales department is TERRIBLE. They told me they would match a price that I received from another dealership (which I had in writing), made me go through the test drive, fill out all paper work, spent about three hours there then the Sales Manger (some man with an Irish accent - I forget his name) walks up to look at the advertisement that they are matching and said they aren't going to match it. Not to mention he had the worst attitude I have ever witnessed. TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY, after I get terribly angry and tell them they had wasted my time & gas going out there, the Sales Manager proceeds to tell the sales associate "Hey, give them $5 for the gas they spent to get here." In the most SARCASTIC, CONDECENDING manner possible. HOW DO YOU EXPECT TO TREAT A CUSTOMER LIKE THAT???? HOW DO YOU EXPECT TO HAVE HAPPY CUSTOMERS AND POSITIVE WORD-OF-MOUTH MARKETING WHEN YOU LIE (AND YES, IT WAS A STRAIGHT OUT LIE) TO YOUR CUSTOMERS? Worst experience! My recomendation is to go 15 miles south DCH Toyota Simi Valley. They were able to match my price with MUCH better customer service, CLEANER, NICER sales office, and EDUCATED staff. More

I mainly dealt with two individuals at the dealership, Junior Ashtiani and Nirmal Sikdar. I don’t have anything good to say about Junior since I found him to be pushy, dishonest and impolite. In regards to Nirmal, he was professional and helpful. Actually if it wasn’t because of Nirmal I would have walked out and not made a purchase. Also, the dealership sat on my paperwork for two weeks to file /process my registration and license plate. I bought the vehicle on May 23rd and they did not process my paperwork with the DMV until June 6th. This has never happened to me before in my life, and I have bought several new cars before this one. I actually had to contact them twice and inquire about processing my paperwork with DMV so I can get my registration and license plate. More

Azu was the sales man that first approached us. He was very helpful in trying to help us find what we were looking for. He knew we wanted to buy a used car, and helped steer us to the right one. He was not pushy, but was really informative and really answered our questions openly and honestly. He tried his best to give us the right, fair deal. My wife is pregnant and we were looking for either mid sized SUV or a sedan, but both needed to get good gas mileage. He found us a 2009 Toyota Camry that was a great price with only 44,000 miles on it. Once we decided we wanted to negotiate and buy the car, Billy helped us out. He gave us the best deal possible with the best rate he could us qualified for. As first time car buyers with a baby on the way, I couldn't have asked for better service. The price was good, they were both extremely friendly and joked a lot. They made us feel comfortable. My parents had bought a car from TO Toyota before and they were thrilled with the service. We would definitely recommend anyone to buy their toyota or car itself at TO Toyota. More

Compared to other Toyota dealers we have been to Thousand Oaks Toyota was by far the most courteous and professional. My wife and I went in to test drive a couple cars and were treated very well. We were in the market for a new car, but were in no hurry to make a choice at this time. After visiting a number of local dealerships in the area, we happened to stop in on our way back home...kind of an af to make a choice at this time. After visiting a number of local dealerships in the area, we happened to stop in on our way back home...kind of an afterthought really. We had been looking at smaller SUV-type vehicles and originally viewed models such as the Venza and Rav4. Sam suggested we also take note of the Prius, something we really hadn't even considered up till that point. He also introduced us to Debbie, who took us through the different styles now available for Prius. We were pleasantly surprised at how much we really liked the car, even though it's not aesthetically the kind of vehicle we originally had in mind. It was in line with the pricing we were looking to spend, and we went home to talk about all the cars we saw that day. The following day, I was passing the dealership on my Vespa, and just decided to stop back in to look at the Prius C, which we had not really looked at the day before. I finally took the time to test drive the car with Sam, and he was very accommodating to let me see/feel how it would handle. Long story short, I liked the C, but kept being drawn back to the original Prius IV, as there happened to be one on the lot which was the color and style we liked. With Debbie and Sam's help, and some frank interaction with Andy Winbush, we were able to close a deal on the Prius IV that day. Everyone we have encountered at the dealership has been very kind, and Barbie in finance was a pleasure to deal with as well. We will recommend Thousand Oaks Toyota to anyone who is looking for a car, as we found their activity to be extremely professional and fair. We prefer dealing with local vendors whenever possible, but would not have hesitated in seeking a better deal elsewhere if we had not been treated properly. I went in today to have my car serviced. In addition to the regular servicing I needed help with my navigation system. Sergio was very helpful in bringing a service technician to help me. Junior Ashtiani spent a very, very long time with me working to resolve my issue and also helping me to set up and understand my system. Please keep in mind that I didn't buy my car from this dealer, and this clearly didn't influence the wonderful service I received. More

This was the 2nd dealership we visited searching for a new car. T.O. Toyota dealership was great from the beginniing. Mr. Al , the mananger, was professional , friendly, and efficient. Ms. Debbie, the sa new car. T.O. Toyota dealership was great from the beginniing. Mr. Al , the mananger, was professional , friendly, and efficient. Ms. Debbie, the saleswoman , was very attentive to our needs, and explained the different nuances between models and styles. And to complete the transaction was Mr. Fred in finance who made this step professional, informative and easy. This was a totally different experince than the other dealership and I am thankful for that. I will recommmend this dealership as well as the the car, Camry. More
