We came here looking for a new car for my college age daughter, after going to every other dealership in town. Of course, she wants to look at the Scion TC. She liked it, but then Andrew came out and said that he could give us a great deal on a Camary. So out again for a test drive. She came back liking it a lot. Not only did Andrew get us the payment that we so desperately needed, he did one better and got her into a sport model. No need to argue about monies on price or anything. She forgot all about that Scion TC!! They were so helpful, honest, down to earth, willing to help a 19 year old thru the whole process,I was dumb founded. We've bought cars from this dealership in the past and their customer service always seem to amaze me especially tonight. We came in there after a long day of work at 6:00 and was immediately greeted by T their customer service always seem to amaze me especially tonight. We came in there after a long day of work at 6:00 and was immediately greeted by Tico Saint when we step foot into the dealership. He was the most humble and most welcoming man. He was honest and he showed us a variety of cars that would work well for us. He would give us his honest opinion and we left the dealership being very happy with the 2012 Camry. If you ever end up trying to negotiate or finding the best deal you should definitely request to work with Junior Ashtiani. He has the customer interest at heart and makes deals that is best for you. He fights for you so you won't get bad deal that will rip you off. Also Nirmal Sikdar was the last person we had to negiotiate with. He was tough at first but after aggressively negotiating with him awhile it seems like he really cared that you got the best deal that was possible. He gave us a fair deal that was more beneficial for us. He always had a smile on his face and always threw in a joke or two to lighten the mood. The only thing that the dealership should improve on is the speed of their service. We came that around 6:00 and didn't leave there until 11:00. It would be nice to have faster service so we wouldn't be more tired than excited when we brought out new car home! Other then that they had excellent customer service! The vibrant energy was still alive and all the employees were still smiling after four hours of non-stop service and a long day at work. They never once took a break until the deal was done. I appreciate everything that they did for us tonight so the next time you think about coming to this dealership I highly recommend that you request for these three gentleman. You will not regret your visit here! More
