I purchased a 2013 f150 with 50287 miles on it from this dealership. I paid in FULL just under $27,000. I have not driven my truck more than 2,000 miles. I was driving down the interstate going 75MPH when m dealership. I paid in FULL just under $27,000. I have not driven my truck more than 2,000 miles. I was driving down the interstate going 75MPH when my truck downshifted into first causing me to go from 75 to 20 MPH in a neck breaking time. My truck literally almost MURDERED me. This is a huge recall with over 1.5 MILLION TRUCKS from 2011-2013. Mine was supposedly fixed in January of 2021. FORD refuses to help. I am paying over a THOUSAND bucks a month for a rental when I just spent all this money on a truck. I will never purchase another Ford if my life depended on it. The folks at this dealership do not care. I would not give Thoroughbred Ford another penny if my life depended on it. My very first, and VERY LAST ford. More

Wes K is hands down the best person I’ve ever had dealings with - at ANY dealership or service shop. He is very personable and respectful. I truly feel he went way above and beyond for my sake. I came in for tire repair and we discovered the wheel was cracked. He took care of every aspect of dealing with the tire& wheel warranty-thingy I had bought and when the replacement wheel arrived he called me to discuss getting a second replacement since he was dissatisfied with the new wheel -he sent me photos of pre-existing damage. He set me up with the replacement wheel for a week until the second replacement arrived and then set me up with that one. On my initial visit to the dealership I had a rock fly at me and chip the windshield - what luck! I inquired about having it fixed as well and Wes was able to get me an appointment with their in-house window guy the same day I was already coming in to get the wheel replaced. Wes really went out of his way to make me feel like I was truly an important customer and not just the next number in line. Truly a great experience!!!! More

I want to again rave about this dealership and my continued 5 star experiences. I’ve bought three Escapes from this dealership but just recently purchased a 2020 Ford Escape, in November. My car salesman was Chad who went above and beyond that day making sure I got a car I loved and has continued to be available for questions on my car. I recently had a small issue and he made sure to put me in contact with Scott in charge of service who continually goes above and beyond helping me over the years with my service needs. Recently Wes was my service associate who helped me in ordering a accessory and then went above and beyond assistance in installing it for-me as I have a disabling condition and he would not accept a tip so I am leaving this as public record of his care and compassion and true professionalism. I thank all those mentioned here and include them in noting their professionalism. It’s not just a job for them and Thoroughbred Ford on the Boardwalk, and they continue to have my respect. More
Rip off dealership. Suspected of damaging vechile while in for service. Wanted $1152 to repair that damage. I got it fixed for $200 at metro speedometer.
