Unknown Sound Issue While I have been pleased with previous service of my vehicle at this location, my most recent visit did not meet my expectations. I brought my vehicl While I have been pleased with previous service of my vehicle at this location, my most recent visit did not meet my expectations. I brought my vehicle in to have an unknown noise identified and checked out, one that seemed to be related to the wheel bearings. Instead of checking the wheel bearings, I was presented with a laundry list of items to have repaired or replaced, services which amounted to $2283.00. I was further told that the wheel bearings could not even be checked until I accepted service for the issues pointed out by the service techs. The evaluation of these issues was described to me as dire and necessary, and that a delay in addressing these issues would result in catastrophic damage to my vehicle. When I looked at the supposed problems mentioned, and consulted with another mechanic, I was informed that the suggested repair issues seemed to be exaggerated and possibly inflated to increase the amount of my service bill. I was extremely disappointed, to say the very least, because I thought I could trust the service of my vehicle to Ford Services. Instead, I feel like I was ripped off.....charged $74.00 to have my vehicle checked and then told that Ford could not even check the wheel bearings until I authorized the other suggested services. It should be noted that while some of the suggested services might be needed in the near future, none of the suggested problems have adversely affected the performance of my vehicle to date. More

Poor Experience and No Follow-up The repairs were completed, but my satisfaction is LOW. My 2nd set of keys cannot be found, and the body shop never looked at my truck.
