Coming for a guy who has been in sales for 40 years I liked working with Eric. He listened to my needs and took me straight to the car I ultimately bought. You need to listen to the customer. When I was having second thoughts Eric took me back out to look at some other options just to eliminate any doubt. Did I get the best price ever, I have no idea but when I drove away I felt like I got my money's worth and I was very happy with my selection. Three hours, start to finish was not bad in my book. We had some trouble with the Sync system and Eric brought out George to save the day. Always good to buy a product made in America. Eric was not a high pressure guy but he did ask for the order and so many people in sales will not do that. My second Ford and all in all a very pleasant experience.In two or three years, God willing, I will come back to KC and buy another car from Eric. John D. More

Despite some political trouble with my trade in, the dealership helped me through on my first car purchase and made it as painless as could be. It is good that my experience was a positive one and that I feel confident in referring the dealer to any number of my friends. I didn't feel hassled like you might expect at some other stores, but the visibility of everything that I was paying for was clear. They laid out everything and negotiated like pros. Overall, I will definitely be back with some friends to get new cars! More

Harold was very helpful in getting me into the car I wanted. The staff overall was very friendly and always asked if you were ok. I have no complaints, I went in looking for a specific new 2012 F-150 and they couldn't find one so I ordered one. Thoroughbred doesn't required a deposit either like Danny Zeck did(who failed to return it to me, don't buy at Zeck!) Ryan Brehm was a great salesman he kept in touch with me while the truck was being built and kept me up to date on when it was expected to be done. He even called to make sure everything was going good after I purchased the truck. He also stayed a few hours late to complete the deal and show me how to use all the features. I highly recomend Throughbred and Ryan. Whatever you do, do not buy a vehicle from Danny Zeck Ford in leavenworth, all they want is your money. Thoroughbred actually cares that you are happy with your vehicle. More
Our overall experience at Thoroughbred was Good. We initially did not want to even look at this location because of its size and flash. We were afraid we'd be lost in the hustle and bustle. Our sales associate Cliff Jackson made us feel right at home. He was not pushy, knowledgeable and gave us the attention we were looking for. He has even gone above and beyond after the sale was complete with some minor details we had to followup on. I would definitely recommend working with Thoroughbred and Cliff on your next vehicle purchase. More
