Initially, my husband and I were looking to trade in my 2011 Ford Escape and his 2011 Street Glide for a 2013 F-150. We emailed the dealership about three trucks we were interested in looking at. Ryan Breh 2011 Ford Escape and his 2011 Street Glide for a 2013 F-150. We emailed the dealership about three trucks we were interested in looking at. Ryan Brehm called us back immediately. It took us a couple of weeks and several phone calls to finally make it to the dealership. It wasn't quite warm enough to ride a Harley, even for a short distance. We looked at several trucks and my husband finally picked the one he liked. We test drove the truck and loved the smooth ride. This F-150 is great truck! After the test drive and while Ryan was finishing up with another customer, we looked at the Ford Explorer's. I had some concerns about driving my husband's Expedition. A great vehicle, but just a little too much of a vehicle for me. Ryan let us test drive an Explorer and keep it for the weekend. Another great car, but just too much for me. I really liked the Edge and that is what I got. My husband and I shared what I wanted in a car and Ryan found the one for me. He brought a car down from the Platte City dealership and showed me another car that he thought I would like better. He was right! As for the price, we told Ryan where we needed to be and he got us a deal we couldn't refuse. The financing department was a pleasure to work with as well. Very nice and helpful! After the paperwork had been signed and filed away, Ryan was waiting for us to go over the features in both of our vehicles. He took his time, even thought the dealership was closed, to make sure we understood everything and offered additional classes to go over My Ford Touch and the sync features. We were so impressed by Ryan and Thoroughbred Ford that a week later we took our son there to buy his first car. Again Ryan was a pleasure to work with. Even though it was a busy Saturday, he made the car buying experience a pleasure. And our son couldn't be happier with his 2012 Ford Focus. More

George O'Sullivan was the sales associate that worked with me, I appreciated everything that he helped me with. He was very friendly, always smiling, making jokes-he has a good sense of humor and creates a comfortable environment for you while you're in his care. We stopped by Thoroughbred Ford to see it might be possible to trade in our Nissan Rouge for a vehicle that handles better in winter weather conditions. Brandon went out of his way to make sure we did not leave without a safe and affordable vehicle; and he did this while helping other customers, without inconveniencing us. After recently moving back to KC from Georgia we were looking for a 2nd vehicle with 4-wheel drive. We had visited several dealers and had not been able to come up with a reasonable deal. We had driven by Thoroughbred Ford several times but never stopped in. While we were out last week we decided to stop by the dealership. We were met by Bill kristl who worked with us and helped us find a vehicle that suited our needs. The car had a price on the window and we negotiated a deal that was very reasonable. After taking the car home we found that one of the heated seats was not working. We returned the next day and Bill took care of getting it fixed that same day at no additional charge. Bill was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend him highly for anyone looking for a car at Thoroughbred Ford. More
We had a very bad experience at a Kansas Kia dealership. They just wanted to sell us a loan. The only way they would negotiate a deal was if we took their financing. My husband and I walked out. The next day I went to Thoroughbred Ford and contacted Harold Dorsey. He fixed me up with a nice 2012 Ford Fusion at a reasonable price. We went to Harold because we had such a good experience with him in 2012 when my husband bought his new Ford pick-up. We never should of went to that other dealership. Thank you to Harold and the staff at Thoroughbred Ford for a wonderful experience. We will be back and so will our friends and family. Donna Leap More
