He keeps in touch with his Customers, sends me friendly messages and gifts throughout the year, calendars, magnets etc. Always makes sure to speak to me or any of my family if we are in for an oil change. Best car buying experience ever! Hands down one of the best car buying experiences I've had. First time on the lot, test drove an Explorer, felt no pressure about purchasing, Cliff (s Hands down one of the best car buying experiences I've had. First time on the lot, test drove an Explorer, felt no pressure about purchasing, Cliff (salesman) was there to answer questions, knowledgeable and friendly. We left the lot feeling no pressure just a friendly handshake and a "let me know if you have any questions or what we can do to earn your business." Cliff called a few days later and asked me simply, "what are looking to do with your car purchase?" I told him our parameters and apprehensions, he stated that he would work on something and call me back. The next day he called and said he had exactly what we were looking for and indeed he did. The model, price point, and terms were spot on. When we arrived back at the dealership we were driving off the lot in less than 2 hours and that was with financing and paperwork. Love this place! He fought along side the Thoroughbred team to settle our negative equity with a previous 2nd chance lender , allowing us to have more finance room for our 2014 car with an unbelievably low rate. Our dealer looked at our situation and hand picked a great vehicle for our budget, family needs AND Future credit health! He treated us, with dignity and respect, all with a smile! At no time did we feel under any pressure. Art was very polite and had the knowledge to answere all my questions about verious models.He worked with us on the final sales price. My wife and I purchased a 2014 fusion. I would encourage anyone wanting to purchase a new car to stop at Thoroughbred Ford and talk to Art. More

He was transparent, friendly, genuine, and went above and beyond to make my experience a positive one. I didn't interact with Greg Polsky, the Sales Manager, as much, but to the extent that I did, he was also committed to making my experience a positive one. I regret I don't remember their names, but the two gentlemen I interacted with in Finance were also very helpful and informative. Even my experience with the Parts employees, especially Tim Embry, was very positive. More
