After having my vehicle for 10 hours already, my husband called and they said it won't be getting fixed today. No one even bothered to call and tell us, which is pathetic since this was the fourth time he had spoken to the dealership today. The service department was even going to call us and we're just going to shut the doors and leave. It is unacceptable to not fix the vehicle within the 10 hours you have it and then not call to let the owner know! Had to pick up my vehicle that they've had since 8 am & have no choice but to schedule another appointment they likely won't care about. What was the point of making an appointment if my car wasn't going to be fixed today? EVERY SINGLE time I go in for a repair I have to go in 3 times just to get them to look at it. Their service department is horrible!!!!! More

It was a GREAT experience with knowledgeable sales personnel; all with great attitudes and loads of patience. None were the typical "in your face offering you what you did not want" sales personnel. She set up appointment with Cliff Jackson at 9 AM Friday morning. Cliff brought out 2 Navy Blue F150 4X4 trucks to test drive. He explained features and benefits in great detail as I drove for 45 minutes in every conceivable venue.Went back to the dealership and he pointed out every possible way of getting the lowest price. Including using Fords Friends and Family plan. Gave me above what my trade in was worth. TJ - a delightful young lady came over and greeted me. At no time did I feel pressured. I highly recommend you give them a try. As an aside I have never had so many compliments on a vehicle by complete strangers Robert Painter. More
Ryan Brehm I have leased vehicles for the last 9 years. Two of which have been a Ford lease. Awesome car salesman! I walked in back in January not expecting to walk in and buy a car that day, I figured we'd just look and see what all itvwas gonna cost me first, as I walked in back in January not expecting to walk in and buy a car that day, I figured we'd just look and see what all itvwas gonna cost me first, as with the down payment and such. Couch (Dave) walked out to me on the lot and offered his help, I was resistant at first because I figured he was going to push me to buy a car that day, but he didn't push anything at all! He drove us around looking for the car I had came to view and when I found the one I liked (model wise) he got me in it to test drive, when I came back I said I would only want it if I could have it in the candy blue. They didn't have any at the lot so he went inside and tracked me down the exact color I wanted. Which was at another dealership in platte city, we drove and picked it up. Signed the paper work and I walked out of the dealership that day with my new pride and joy! All a big thanks to Dave!!! More
