They are excessively greedy and would not honor A plan pricing. Tried to negotiate a deal and we were under 500 dollars apart and they were trying to xx me about them losing money. They want 5k over and pricing. Tried to negotiate a deal and we were under 500 dollars apart and they were trying to xx me about them losing money. They want 5k over and have it listed as a pro pack which costs them 295.00. sales guys was A+. Managers making the decision.. trash. More
The engine blew on my 2015 Jeep, I went to Tim, he was SO above and beyond! He made the car buying process easy and painless. Had all the time in the world for me. I never felt pressured, yet he was always t above and beyond! He made the car buying process easy and painless. Had all the time in the world for me. I never felt pressured, yet he was always there for me....took care of everything! Made sure to go over every lil detail of the vehicle with me. Our finance manager was equally as wonderful! More
I've had my F-150 for 3 months and the air conditioner isn't working. I set an appointment for 11 this morning to have it reviewed and repaired and as on 1:30, I hadn't heard anything. I called the serv isn't working. I set an appointment for 11 this morning to have it reviewed and repaired and as on 1:30, I hadn't heard anything. I called the service department and I was told they hadn't even looked at it yet. What's the purpose of an appointment? Service means nothing at this dealership. Spend your money somewhere else. More

While on a mini vacation from South Dakota my family and I decided to stop and look at a pickup. From the minute we visited the dealership, both my wife and I felt at ease. The salesman V was not high press I decided to stop and look at a pickup. From the minute we visited the dealership, both my wife and I felt at ease. The salesman V was not high pressure, he listened to what we wanted and didn’t try to upsell or push different vehicles at us. He located the vehicle we came to look for and brought it up front for us to look over. V made the entire process of trade in and purchase very easy. We were both so impressed, we decided that I needed a new vehicle. V made it happen. I highly recommend your next purchase come from V and Thoroughbred Ford, you will not be disappointed. Thanks again V, you are the man! The SD Family!!! PS: the boys love the new pickup and have seemed to forgot about the ol ford inside!!! More

I am writing to express my frustration with the service that I received at Thoroughbred Ford dealership's service department. On March 27th, 2023, I brought my Ford F150 2017 in for repairs, and unfort that I received at Thoroughbred Ford dealership's service department. On March 27th, 2023, I brought my Ford F150 2017 in for repairs, and unfortunately, the diagnosis provided by the service department was incorrect, leading to unnecessary repairs and expenses. I was contacted by service adviser Josh Delorier that the noise and vibration were coming from the front wheel bearing. I informed him the noise and vibration were coming from the back of the truck his reply was I'm going to get another tech to do a shakedown on the truck. The next day Josh called and said I needed the entire read-end differential rebuild and front wheel bearing I told him I would do the front bearing repair. I asked him are you positive because I had already had work done to the rear end, and he said yes. I agreed to have the work redone. I was called on April 3rd truck was ready for pick up when I arrived at the dealership, I asked to test drive my truck before I paid for the repairs. Josh and I drove the truck the problem wasn't fixed nothing had changed. I was asked to leave the truck there they were going to re-diagnose the problem. I was informed next day they plug the truck into a computer and determined it was a torque converter issue and repair would be $5100.00. I asked what about the rear-end charge that I was told was the issue the reply was it was bad also I already had the rear-end work done prior to taking it to the dealership. I believe this was unfair business I would like a full refund. More
