I grew up in the Manchester area. I have an Astro van and bought it when the dealership was Jack Whorl. We buy a car to last and the used vehicles have been of better quality. I have bought and sold more cars than I care to remember, and usually I find dealing with salesmen extremely tedious. Not so at Thornton Chevrolet! I met with "Kolt", Mike Koltunovich, who was very pleasant and usually I find dealing with salesmen extremely tedious. Not so at Thornton Chevrolet! I met with "Kolt", Mike Koltunovich, who was very pleasant and patient. At one point I was agonizing between two different vehicles and Kolt calmed me down by saying "If everything were equal between these two cars (price, miles etc), which one would you most like to own?" By putting the decision into perspective, Kolt actually made my car buying experience fun. And that's saying alot for me. After selecting "my" car, the rest of the Thornton Chevy staff did their part by giving me a generous trade in allowance for my truck and Chris went that extra mile to make sure I was at the payment I wanted to be at. All in all, I am extremely impressed with Thornton Chevrolet (and Kolt in particular), and I have already begun recommending them to my friends and co-workers. Great job guys! More

(mind you we are not your every day car buyers,lol)But we were treated with respect and in this day and age when customer service is almost non exsistant we recieved the best we could ask for at Thorton, and feel like we not only got a awesome vehicle but a friend in meeting Kole, I would and will recomend Thorton Chevrolet to anyone I know looking to purchase a great vehicle from a great company with great employees.
