This is second new car we bought from Thornton, was very pleased with the way the first purchase went. Our pay off was higher when all the paperwork was completed and Thornton split it with us which was not pleased with the way the first purchase went. So when we decided to trade in the truck, we thought we would be upside down in the payoff but it came out even. We went late on a Saturday, but got an answer on Monday morning as promised.
