Amazing place to buy a car!!!! Buying a car is a huge thing for most people so it was quite a decision to be made. We made the initial call and Jason reached out to us. He was so great at handling this ..... so stress free and quick. Literally, a lot of people spend hours and hours at a dealership. Not in this case. Jason was able to handle everything! Wes was unbelievable with helping with financing! When I test drove the car, Jason was cool and easy to talk to. Explained the car details to me, at least as much as I could absorb as I was so astounded by the feel and look of the car! (a mini cooper)! I showed up at brookside not thinking I would walk away with a new car. When I walked in everyone said hello to me and everyone was very friendly. The one person that stuck out to me was Tim. The price was very reasonable and the payments were under what I could afford. Tim also got me an extended warranty without raising my payments. Brookside motors is by far the best dealership I have gone to for several reasons. I've gone to multiple places and even my own bank to get financed but they all denied me and didn't try. Brookside is th gone to for several reasons. I've gone to multiple places and even my own bank to get financed but they all denied me and didn't try. Brookside is the only place that actually tried to get me approved and showed faith that it could be done. I have no credit, self-employed and young which makes it really hard to get financed. Overall experience was awesome. Brad put me in my first truck and of course I came back for another. I thought it would be impossible to get another truck without having a lot of credit, but Brad did not s truck and of course I came back for another.
