I called several shops that were unable to assist, but Thornton took me in immediately, serviced the vehicle right away, and I was on my way to Wilkes by lunchtime. The staff was supportive and helpful and the experience proved to be very positive. The engine issue was a general maintenance issue with 111K on the Jeep, but the timing was not great for my needs.
