Overall our experience was Very Good. The evening we took delivery of the Buick Verano, we noticed a foggy film on the inside and outside of all windows that has been very problematic to remove even with Win delivery of the Buick Verano, we noticed a foggy film on the inside and outside of all windows that has been very problematic to remove even with Windex. Also shortly after we took delivery, we viewed National advertising that offer the same vehicle with more features, i.e. Pandora radio and priced several thousand dollars less the the vehicle we purchased. I am not very happy that Thompson's did not inform us of the upcoming decrease in price. More

We ordered seat betl extenders and we have receied those by mail. We didn't have to wait weeks for them. I am a single woman who has heard the negative stories of women dealing with car dealerships. I can tell you for a fact and now from experience I found zero of that with Thompson's. David met me at the door and introduced me to Kris who sat me down and asked all the right questions, showed me several cars on the site and discussed each car before we headed out for the test drive. When I saw the RAV4 I knew it was my car! Irving did not ask me to sit with him until he had all the paperwork printed and ready for signature...and a LOT of paperwork it was! He explained each piece and pointed out what I needed to look at closely. I love my car and would recommend Thompson's to anyone I know or meet.
