From the moment I walked into the dealership, I felt welcomed and comfortable. Everyone was friendly and greeted me with a smile. I was able to test drive multiple vehicles until I found one that fit the bill. Brian was very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles. Jeff was able to set me up with the best possible financing and explained the extra protection, in detail, that could be added to my CX9. I enjoyed every aspect of this major purchase at Thompson Mazda and would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. More

Saturday, 3/8/14, I had an appointment to get my oil changed for our 2013 CX-5; at Thompson Mazda in Dundalk. I had a coupon that consisted the following: 24.95 for oil change, rotation of the tires, v changed for our 2013 CX-5; at Thompson Mazda in Dundalk. I had a coupon that consisted the following: 24.95 for oil change, rotation of the tires, vacuuming of the inside and a car wash. I thought this was a great deal...sadly mistaken. They took my information and looked at the coupon but failed to actually read it. When I returned to pick up my car, I noticed it was not cleaned. I walked inside to inform the attendant (not Joe) that the car was not washed, and I was told they do not have a facility to wash cars. Well I beg to disagree. If a customer comes to purchase a new car, you are telling me you are not going to wash it and give them a dirty, new car? I let that slide, but then I noticed as he was going over my paperwork with me on what was done and they didn't rotate my tires, so I inquired about that and they completed that. So then when I finally get that done, I only thought okay, all I have to do is get my baby a good washing, but low and behold, the inside of my car was still dirty. I didn't even both going back, since they have already taken too much of my time. If we ever return to this place I will make sure everything is complete before pulling off the lot. More

To make a long story short, went there because they had alot of 2013 Mazdas I was interested in. They did not want to deal at all, I made a very good offer for the car. When Bob went to sales manager with offer they both were smirking like I was some kind of goof who would dare make an offer. They made no counter offer and ran me out of there. I have purchased over 6 new cars over the years and know how to do it. Went to Heritage Mazda in Towson and for $500 over what I offered at Thomson ended up with a 2014 Mazda3 and was treated with the respect all customers deserve. So if you want to pay sticker price and by into the "how much do you want to pay a month" game then head to Thompson. Otherwise try Heritage. More

We'd been to several other dealerships and they were the only ones willing to work with you to get the the best car reason...their customer service.
