Service Manager Cory Service manger Cory should not be in this position, he knows nothing.....He does not know how to talk to customers. After taking my car in for a noise Service manger Cory should not be in this position, he knows nothing.....He does not know how to talk to customers. After taking my car in for a noise he tell me that it the sun glass in the glove box making the noise...(Really? in still laughing on that one)..... I took my car which I only had for 2 months to Heritage Mazda they fixed the problem (and no it was not the sunglasses)...Called back to Thompson advised them of this and asked them if they knew there was a TSB related to this issue, not to my surprise they didn't...... If I would have known that I was going to receive such crappy service from them, I would have purchased my car from Heritage.... BUY YOUR VEHICLES FROM HERITAGE AND USE THEM FOR SERVICE. More

Fantastic experience! I absolutely abhor car shopping, but my youngest daughter needed a new car, so the adventure began. We searched online and found what appeared to be I absolutely abhor car shopping, but my youngest daughter needed a new car, so the adventure began. We searched online and found what appeared to be pretty decent prices at Thompson and decided to take the trek from the Annapolis area up to Dundalk. Twice! Was it ever worth the trips! The first trip included the test drive and negotiations. We told Mike Pagliano that we had another test drive scheduled and would give him an answer the evening of that test drive. He never tried to push us to make a decision on the spot. Instead, he just gave us his contact info to let him know what we decided. Well, it turned out to be an easy decision, so back to Dundalk we went! Not only did we get a very good deal on a vehicle (which she loves!!!), but Mike made the entire experience so easy! He wasn't at all pushy, he completely understood what we were looking for, never tried to b.s. in any way. He was amazing. I told him this was the most pleasant car shopping experience I've ever had! Thompson will definitely be my first stop in my next car search. More
