On time and got 'er done! Called a little after 0900 on a Friday on the off chance that the could get an oil change and tire rotation done before vacation. The said to bring it in, they would fit it in at 1030. When I got there also asked if they could check on updating the sound system software to see if a USB song skipping problem could be fixed. They had said it would be ready by 1200,and it was done by 1145 and they had been able to include the software update. Fixed all my problems and had me out ahead of time, doesn't get any better than that, does it? Outstanding! More

I had a terrible experience with a dealer in Glen Burnie; that dealer flatly disagreed with even doing what the service manual on my two Mazdas said to do, and they plainly stated they'd never done that work. So I called Thompson Mazda and immediately realized these folks know Mazdas backwards and forwards. I won't be taking my cars anywhere else as long as I live in the area. More
