I initially started to work thru online sales with Sherah Cooney. She was fantabulous (fantastic, fabulous, marvelous) :)) Sherah was opened, consistent and easy to work with. He always answered to my calls, requests, always was getting back to me promptly with all my question (and I had a lot of them, since I'm out of state customer, and had issues whether to register here in PA or AZ. The other sales managers at Thompson were great too! They got me a great value on my trade-in. All the info was ALWAYS properly disclosed, no tricks with hidden fees, all in all, NO jumbo-mambo business. I had such a great experience!!! Way to go Thompson Toyota! More
