Through our entire experience Walter was genuine, thoughtful and service-oriented. I was in need of a reliable, dependable vehicle that would fit in to my budget, which included mileage and savings on gas per mile as I drive a tremendous amount for my work. I had the usual expectations of going to a car dealer and was not sure if I would be able to obtain a vehicle. I had heard of Mr. Earles from a friend, who purchased an SUV from him, so I thought I would try to meet him. The facility was very nice, the people were courtesy, and Mr. Earles was more than I expected. He was extremely helpful in showing me options, not demands. He assisted me to understand my needs for an economical car versus my "dream" car, especially with the amount of driving I do. His friendliness, and more importantly, his patience truly makes him an excellent salesman, and friend. He introduced the managers and finance department, all of whom, were gracious and helpful. I did not think I would buy a car when I arrived. Mr. Earles made it an easy and smart decision, as well as an affordable one, to do so. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. More

I honestly don't even know where to start, since I have so many great things to say about this dealership (the Thompson family in general). I originally had a vehicle that was purchased elsewhere and have so many great things to say about this dealership (the Thompson family in general). I originally had a vehicle that was purchased elsewhere and it gave me problems (just shy of a few day already out of their 30-day warranty), so I had to take it myself for service at one of their other Thompson dealers. Long story short, I was able to take the quote given to me (very high I must say) from their other Thompson dealer and fight my case with the faulty car that was sold to me and I got my full refund back (taxes, title tag fees, all of it). That took me back to square one to find a car again. This time, I wanted to be very sure that I was going to make the right purchase with the right people and this is where Thompson Toyota became one of my top choices that I would buy from. Just from the start of when I spoke to one of their salesmen, Frank, I knew I was going to be treated well as a customer. He was very polite and knowledgeable when it came to answering any of the questions I had about the vehicle. Two days after, I called to speak with Frank about the vehicle but he was off that morning; so I left a message for him. Right away, he got back in touch with me during his time off to negotiate and helped with getting the sales process completed once we agreed on the price over the phone. Frank just overall made the whole car buying experience the most pleasant and easiest ever. After having dealt with what I had to deal with prior to Thompson Toyota, I don't think I can ever buy a car from anywhere else. The Thompson family gained my trust and I will definitely go to them again for my next vehicle. More

Wow! This is the word that came to mind each time I went to Thompson. They have the most helpful staff I have ever seen at a car dealership. Frank, the salesman who worked with me, took the time to answer to Thompson. They have the most helpful staff I have ever seen at a car dealership. Frank, the salesman who worked with me, took the time to answer all of my questions, did everything I asked him, and yet was not the least bit pushy. I found the car that interested me online and gave Frank a call. I was concerned that maybe the photos may not have shown everything and Frank had no problem going out and checking to make sure that there was nothing misleading as a double check. When I got down there he had the car out front and came right out when I arrived to show it to me. Still, Frank remained cool, calm, and most importantly to me “unpushy”. It was dark when I arrived so Frank offered to take into the shop so that I could see it fully lit up and even got it put on the lift for me so that I could take a look at the frame. In the end I bought the car and Frank guided the rest of the way and did not push me off to someone else. I feel that the staff, especially Frank, are the best business and would not dream of going anywhere else in the future. Thanks guys. More

They all went way out of their way to make us comfortable. We love our new (used) car very much.
