50K mile check up I have reached the point where I am no longer surprised by the great service at Thompson. Part not in stock I brought the vehicle in due to a nail on a tire. We had purchased the tire protection plan when we purchased the vehicle. I was told it would take about an hour and a half. That was a correct estimate, except after waiting for 90 minutes I was told the tire was not in stock and I would have to leave the car or bring it back another day. It seems you could have figured out youndidnt have the tire in stock before I even drive to your shop, nonetheless waited half an hour. I live 45 minutes away, so that pretty much blew my while afternoon and then we had to go back the next day anyhow. More
