At the time that the oil began to leak was still under the warranty period. Massive and vastly old oil stain marks and large amount of old dirt debris collected on large areas of the engine from the timing chain downward, on other parts, and on the frame indicated this leak has been leaking, not recently, but for a long long time, at least 6 months backward from the time I discovered around mid January of 2022, only one month after the expiration date. It was not easy to detect the oil leak from the timing chain cover right away because the oil seeping very very slow and ones have to go under the car and look up in the engine compartment upward. In many cases, you do not see any oil drops at all. It does not take a rocket scientist to figure it out that the leak on my car has been going on for a long long time, at least 6 months backward to one or two years. If your people did not want to cooperate with me, I will prove my case to the court scientifically. You can ask your own technician, the one that inspected my vehicle, how long that oil has been leaking based on all the old dirt debris collected on the engine and other parts, only ignorant and insensitive people could not address my truthful concern and understanding in a professional manner.
