This was one of the best experiences I’ve had buying a used car. Paul was so nice and took us on an informative and fun test drive. It felt like buying with a friend helping get us the best price. No pressure to buy add ons when we met with the business manager to sign documents. Love that we have a 6 month warranty on a certified Lexus along with lifetime inspections. Highly recommend this dealership. Ask for Paul, he knows these cars. More
New vehicle dropped off at 9:15 am for 5k maintenance and 2nd key programming. Had to call them at 3:15 to be asked if I would like the 5k maintenance done at this time. I spent six months finding the Lexus RX350 for my wife. It had to be the right color and the right package F Sport. Thompson Lexus had it and we traveled two in a half hours to purchase it. The vehicle looked great and the Salesman and staff were professional and really great. The disappointment came after the sale when I noticed about a week or two later that the vehicle had a overspray or something on the finish. I contacted the Dealership and they payed to have the vehicle buffed out but, that didn't solve the problem. Obviously it needed more professional attention and now I am stuck with a Lexus which I purchased for my wife that is scarred. Feels like a $40000 mistake! More
Good Dealership and the staff was friendly and professional. We were disappointed about the condition of the RX350 Lexus we purchased. After a couple we noticed what appears to be a over spray on the finish of the vehicle. We did notify the Dealership and they paid to have the SUV buffed but, it's on the finish and you can see the overspray whenever you look at the vehicle. More

I will raise my issues with corporate at this point. I’m not sure who hired Mike but he’s not worth his pay if he is hanging up on customers for no reason. Also I scheduled three out of four oil changes via the app that Lexus has you pay monthly for. Mike had no idea you can even do this. It sound like Doylestown Lexus needs an education in the services and customer service they provide. Keith and Mike could care less that their service is subpar. We have purchased 5 Lexus’s all from Lehigh valley and will not return to Doylestown. Purchase was great service is awful go somewhere else it took 4 times of scheduling a simple oil change to actually get the service half complete they advertise to offer complementary detailing and cleaning of the car that didn’t actually happen they drove the car through the nearest car wash and called it a day. Very underwhelmed with Lexus of Doylestown and will be returning the Lexus of Lehigh in the future. You purchase a 70,000 suv from them you would expect better service avoid this Lexus and go else where. More

He was adept as well as very informative and pleasant, a true gentleman. He made sure to answer each and every question I had patiently (and there were a lot of them).
