Thompson Hyundai - Service Center

Had my Sonata in for 15,00 mile service and complaint of squeal at high speed that goes away with braking. Left the car for a full day. they said it was complete in 4 hours. Picked car up paid $278 for the service, including alignment for which they could not provide a printout. Drove the car out in less than 30 minutes the squeal was back. They diddn't fix it. They didn't even test drive it to identify the noise. On the second day, got phone calls as they were test driving it, etc. Was not ready at 5 PM, kept for 3rd day. At 8:15 AM the 3rd day got call the car was ready. When I picked up the car they told me a rear rotor had to be turned to eliminate the noise. I drove the car on several errands and then noticed chattering in the brakes at high speed. When I brought it to Davids attention he and the mechanics said it was there when the test drove it, and the other rotors neede to be turned. If I hadn't asked i wouldn't have known. Iwould have just worn down the PAds quicker. The Sonata at 15K miles has bad rotors. The service at Thompson Hyundai isn't service at all. So much for 10yr 100000 mile warranty. This was the second time in 3 visits they could not fix the car. More
