I have a very hard time leaving work early and Wednesday is the only day you guys stay late. I wanted to come at 5 like I have on the previous 2 visits and the guy basically bullied me about coming earlier. Cut me off when I was talking too. More

Poor service I went to drop my car off for the 2nd complementary oil change. The service man showed me how next time it would cost me over $100 because the car wou I went to drop my car off for the 2nd complementary oil change. The service man showed me how next time it would cost me over $100 because the car would be at 15000 miles. My husband is an experience mechanic and said that should not be the case. The set ice man also asked what time I would like the car back. I dropped it off at 10 AM and said no later than 7 PM. He said they would have it done well before then and that he would call me. 6:45 PM came and I had heard nothing. I called up there and the receptionist said service closed at 6 PM. Luckily the guy was still there and was able to give me my key. I have no idea why I was not contacted. More

We typically wait for it to be ready in a comfy waiting room with complimentary coffee and hot chocolate (free coffee is kind of a big deal)! And maintenance is free - that’s an even bigger deal/money saver! We owe it all to Christopher Bowen - he helped us choose the best vehicle for our family and made everything easy! More
