I was lied to by Ed in finance. I was quoted one price in Friday November 26th then when I went to purchase the vehicle the price went up 3000. Final agreed upon price from internet sales manager was misleading. Arrived at the dealership and realized additional charges. Was advised that I would receive the second key fob in the mail. Three weeks later and still waiting on the key fob. Requested to keep the processing time at the dealership to a minimum since we were traveling from 600+ miles one way. The processing time went between 2-3hrs. Also, was not advised that I would need to get a VIN inspection. I called the dealership to inquire about the key fob and was told then that I needed to provide a VIN inspection. Asked what I needed to do and where to get it from. Received vague explanation. Decided to call the local Hyundai dealership for guidance. More
