This was my first time buying a new car, and Gary and the whole team were really helpful throughout the entire process and made it as easy as possible to complete the purchase. I was disappointed that there was a $2000 markup on the MSRP of the car, but they ended up lowering this to $1500 (which is still lower than the $2500 markup that the Heritage Hyundai in Towson currently has on all their cars). I appreciated that Gary took the time to review all of the car's features in detail with me, and the finance team was also not rushed and willing to spend the time explaining all of my payment options. The car was beautifully clean and waxed when I picked it up and the whole purchase process took <3 hours. More

I bought a 2017 Jeep renegade from them and traded in a 2018 ford focus sel. Everything was great until i seen 2 chips in the windshield. I took it to Thompson and told the girl about it and she passed the information onto her manager. Long story short, the manager told her they had been filled and "should" be okay so I asked if they would fix it if i have problems down the road and she went back and asked and the manager said yes. I asked the girl if I could get that in writing because I keep getting screwed over everytime i buy a used vehicle. So she went back to him again and at this point I'm guessing he is pissed because he wrote " Will fix if keeps cracking" on a post it note. Now after this i just left the dealership. I just made one of lifes major purchases and I get treated like this? Im at a loss for words. More
