It took far too much time, 5 hours! ! to complete the transaction on a car that we had placed a deposit on. We were not shopping for a vehicle or haggling, We paid full price and drove 6 ! to complete the transaction on a car that we had placed a deposit on. We were not shopping for a vehicle or haggling, We paid full price and drove 6 hours round trip to pick up the car and finalize the payment. Mitchell was great. Evidently there was only 1 financial manager present. We NEVER should have had to wait that long to give a hefty downpayment and get a loan on a vehicle we had a deposit on that was simply delivered to you to be sold to us at a mark up of $3500. More
