I had an overall good experience with this dealership. My initial contacts were with Art Bush via email. I had recently visited the lot so I had a basic idea of sticker price and markup. After doing research I already expected a markup so it wasn't a surprise. Art immediately sent me the information I requested and replied in a timely manner to any follow-up questions I had. I never got the pressure to come in for information. We arrived and immediately was greeted by Chris. Within a few minutes, we were on our way for a test drive. After a little back and forth we agreed on a price and were ready to finalize the deal. Of course, I know we could have gotten out the door with a lower price, but in today's market and current inventory situation, I'm content with my purchase. I didn't leave feeling like I was robbed. I had a price in mind and got close enough to it to be fine with my decision. I was preapproved for financing so I didn't spend a lot of time in the finance office. I walked in with a great rate and because they couldn't beat it there was no need to spend unnecessary time on that aspect. Not a lot of hard sell of additional products in the finance office. It was a pretty straightforward process that lasted a little over 2 hours from start to finish. More
