Long story short, I did not even have Thompson in mind when I was in the process of looking for a vehicle for me, I stumbled upon them honestly and I am glad I did. I called in to the spoke to a very polite nice sales person called Minn, I explained to her what I wanted and how I wanted to proceed. She went out of her way to make sure I was completely happy! When I got to the dealer ship she walked out introduced herself to my family and myself, I asked a couple questions she answered without any delay. She offered me to go for a test drive which I did and was happy with!! I ended up purchasing the vehicle that same night with payment cheaper than I thought. The experience from start to finish was made extremely easy to me. Believe it or not I was in and out of the dealership within 1 1/2hrs I have never been out so quickly when purchasing a vehicle, I will for sure go back to this dealer without a doubt. They are highly recommended by my my family and me.
