I was in need for a new vehicle, and had went to Jones Junction and thought I was purchasing a 2012 Hyundai Accent; but I wasnt !! After having this vehicle for almost 3 weeks, I began to get harrassing p Junction and thought I was purchasing a 2012 Hyundai Accent; but I wasnt !! After having this vehicle for almost 3 weeks, I began to get harrassing phone calls saying my car was going to be taken away and it would be a vol. repo, then after 4 days of calling no one would return my phone calls reguarding the purchase of the vehicle. Finally after getting the run around from several people at Jones Junction, my boyfiend recommended that we come to Thompson and see what our options were, from the minute we pulled into the lot we were well taken care of; from asking if we wanted anything to drink to listening to this long story of dissatifaction from Jones. Sam and Kathleen went beyond what Jones ever did for us. They showed us many different ways to purchase the vehicle that we wanted and kept US in mind. Kathleen did everything possible to make sure that all 3 of us ( myself, grandmother and boyfriend) were satisified, she asked all of us what WE wanted most, and she went above and beyond to keep us happy. In the end, we got everything we wanted; from picking out the color of the vehicle to the payments. I returned the vehicle back to Jones Junction as my boyfriend drove the one we got at Thompsons, and we walked in with a smile and proved to them that there are dealers and sales associates that want to make you happy!!! I am pleased to be the owner of a 2012 Hyundai Accent from Thompsons Hyundai, and Id recommend them to anyone. More

Nancy Stokes is the Service receptionist and she is always sociable and has gone out of her way many times to check into any discounts that I may be entitled to before processing my payment. Both of these employees are fabulous and are the main reason I trust Thompson Hyundai and continue to return to this dealership for service. Let me start by saying that I drove from Annapolis to Thompson's Hyundai in Dundalk,MD., I was so excited as I was pulling into the dealership with all of the great inventory. My eyes were a glaze. I was greeted immediately as we walked from our car. I was there to pick up my friends truck with him and ended up buying a 2013 Sonata. Sam Gibson was my salesman and he was so wonderful, pleasant and extremely helpful. I told him what I wanted in a car and found a car which he pulled under the canopy as it was raining. Well I opened the door and fell in love with it immediately. My 2013 Sonata was absolutely gorgeous. Then Kathleen Walsh the finance Manager was so amazing, efficient and helpful, she made the stressful part of buying a car a breeze. It was so easy and fast. So I would and will recommend Thompson's to everyone I know for there next vehicle, it wasn't a hassle, it was a wonderful experience. This is a deceptive dealership. Tried on a number of occasions to screw me over. I have never actually caught a dealer doing this until Thompson Hyundai. Once they tried to recommend that I change my occasions to screw me over. I have never actually caught a dealer doing this until Thompson Hyundai. Once they tried to recommend that I change my cabin air filter when I went for an oil change however I had just changed it a month before when it should last 12 months. Had another issue where the ignition core was sticking so I couldn't start the car. They replaced it under warranty but gave me another key so my car started with one key and I needed another for the doors and trunk. When I pushed back they told me that I'd have to pay $125 to get it rekeyed to match!! I called up another local dealer - Jones Junction - and they told me they were jerking me around. I had to call the Hyundai dealership rep to get them to fix. I never went back again. Not to mention they were not friendly and could car less about the customer. Never, never, never go to this dealership. Drive to Belair and go to Jones Junction or don't buy a Hyundai. More
