But he worked with his managers and was able to make me smile by the time I walked of the lot. He worked hard at making me feel comfortable that everything would turn out fine & he was right! He made me laugh with his great sense of humor. He worked hard to get me what i wanted & made sure I was satisfied & understood all the features to my new vehicle. He worked with me from start to finish, unlike my first sales person when I went to Thompson the first time, but this time I can say Im happy & recomend the Thompson dealer to anyone! Jeff Hill - Sales Consultant was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was not pushy and listened to all of my concerns and was able to answer any questions I had. Chris Bowen was a tremendous help in finding a pre-owned car for my Mother. The car on the lot, that she was originally interested in, got sold before we could visit the dealer. It had what my Mom wanted on the car and at the price she could afford. He had a tear in the seat repaired and got the inspection handled in no time at all. He went the extra step and ended up with a sale. He is very nice and easy to work with. Chris has a familiar way about him that is comfortable and not stressful. My Mom is very happy with her car and really enjoyed the whole experience. My husband and I were shopping for a new vehicle. We had gone to several closer dealerships, but did not find what we wanted. At Thompson we immediately felt a warm, caring atmosphere (Betty Jo Franco) whic gone to several closer dealerships, but did not find what we wanted. At Thompson we immediately felt a warm, caring atmosphere (Betty Jo Franco) which led to the best car shopping experience I've ever had with Nick Frangas. He is an experienced, professional and thoughtful salesperson! When we had made our decision on which vehicle we would purchase and saw Shelia Svitil, we again had the perfect experience. She is professional and friendly at the same time! We could have bought at a more convenient location for us, but your people made us go much further to buy at Thompson. Well done team!!!! More
I visited Thompson Hyundai, for the first time on Thursday, Feb. 7, 2013, and was suppose to meet with salesperson Mike Halett, but he was with a customer, so the Manager asked them to call down to T Thursday, Feb. 7, 2013, and was suppose to meet with salesperson Mike Halett, but he was with a customer, so the Manager asked them to call down to Thompson Mazda to see who was available, and the salesperson who came over was John DeMartino, from the time he walked into the showroom, he was the ultimate salesperson, with customer service that was superior. He said that he and the Manager Barry Wolfsheimer would do everything in their power to see that I got a good deal on a new car, My mother and I waited 3 1/2 hours that day, but they were waiting for Hyundai Motor Credit to call back to see if they could approve me, that night we left the dealership, and they told us they would be in touch with us on Friday, Well they still had not heard from Hyundai by late Friday evening. On Saturday morning, Mike called my mother and asked us how soon we could get to the dealership, that Hyundai had approved my loan. So the (2) day wait was worth it. I had never experience so many customer service oriented salespeople ever!!! From my sales person to the Financial manager, Kathleen Walsh, to the service manager, John. Everyone was the best of the best!!! I got a brand new 2013 Hyundai Sonata on Saturday, Feb. 9, 2013, and I am truly excited, and I would send any of my friends to Thompson Hyundai, if they want to have the best Customer Service experience ever!!! MY RECALL PROBLEM WAS NOT FIXED AND THOMPSON HYUNDAI WANTS $109.00 TO ADDRESS THE PROBLEM!!!! Took my 2007 Hyundai Tucson in for a Recall involving the the Electronic Stability light coming on period WANTS $109.00 TO ADDRESS THE PROBLEM!!!! Took my 2007 Hyundai Tucson in for a Recall involving the the Electronic Stability light coming on periodically.I was told that the stop lamp switch would be replaced and this would fix the problem.Less then a week later I experienced the same problem.I took my vehicle back and was told by John Pickett(Service Consultant) I would be charged $109.00 just to look at it, if the problem is not related to the recall. I asked to talk to his Manager and spoke to Gary Welch(Service manager)and He told me there would be charge to look at my vehicle if the problem is not related to the recall. Why should I have to pay $109 for a recall problem?All I wanted was for them to assure me that the problem was not related to the part they had just replaced!!THEY REFUSED TO DO THAT UNLESS THEY WERE PAID... Due to the way I was treated I will never buy another Hyundai or recommend Thompson Hyundai to anyone!I will report this to the Better business bureau and to Hyundai Motors.. More
I originally came to Thompson Hyundai 4 months ago to purchase a new vehicle. The process was so convenient, I located the vehicle I wanted and finalized the purchase the same day! Frank was gracious enough to drive to another Thompson location and pick up my vehicle of choice. Frank is extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He makes sure everything on his end is taken care of and everything is in place before I even stepped foot into the building, so all I had to do was test drive and decide. Kathleen makes the experience even more personable. She explains everything in detail, so you can decide the best financing options that suit your needs. Both Frank and Kathleen give you the feeling that you’re not just a number, but a person and to me that very important. With that said, I didn’t even think twice about coming back to Frank and Kathleen for our 2nd vehicle. Again the service and professionalism of these two employees were outstanding. They went above & beyond and made it that much easier to make the decision to purchase our 2nd vehicle within a 4 month period. More

I have nothing bad to say about the establishment, business practices/ethics or personnel. The last thing that I would like to be known is that you won't/can't go wrong with Thompson Hyundai. I will not go to any other place for a vehicle/service and highly recommend them. More
Frank Boling my sales rep was the best and did more for me than any other experiance in my car buying career. He is an asset to the dealership than can not be replaced! He also save me $600.00 a year and made the payments more manageable for my daughter!Can not thank Barry enough! Sheila Sitil, who wrote and went over my contract has a set of people skills that are unmatched and not easlily acquired. Her personality made you feel as though you've known her for years! More
