A salesperson (Sal disregard the previous rate. I came to the Thompson Hyundai dealership in Dundalk a week ago looking to purchase my first vehicle. A salesperson (Sally Vicarini) came out and introduced herself in a very enthusiastic manner to my mom and I. After I gave her an idea of what I was interested in, she gave me a tour of the lot and pretty much gave me an idea of what she had available. I was not all that impressed with the first couple of options, so after talking something's over with her manager, she was able to point me into a better direction that I was much more happier with. Sally, was very helpful in the process of looking for my car. She spent hours trying to get me exactly what I wanted. She and Kathleen was such a great help and got me a great deal!!! Everyone that I came in contact with that day was so friendly that they made me feel like my business was important to them and I can most certainly appreciate the time they spent making sure I was satisfied.
