New car experience more than what I went there expecting. I was very pleased about the way I was treated and what I was offered. It was not exactly what was on my wish l more than what I went there expecting. I was very pleased about the way I was treated and what I was offered. Another Great Service Visit I brought my car in for the Lifetime Oil/Filter Service, Multi-Point Inspection and a recall for the E-Clip Installation. Randy Foster was great an I brought my car in for the Lifetime Oil/Filter Service, Multi-Point Inspection and a recall for the E-Clip Installation. Randy Foster was great and explained items that needed attention. He was busy, but still took the time to explain things and answer my questions. He even went as far as to Google the Throttle Body Induction Service to show me pictures and explain how it works and why it should be replaced in my car. I have always had above and beyond service here with Dennis and Steve as well. This is my second Hyundai and I highly recommend this dealership and this Service Team. Well done! More

Wow! What a dealership I have officially bought 3 cars from Thompson now. Today was my first brand new car, with credit that is fair I wasn't sure a new car was possible. Ou I have officially bought 3 cars from Thompson now. Today was my first brand new car, with credit that is fair I wasn't sure a new car was possible. Fantastic Sales Experience! I had a wonderful and easy experience! I was prepared going in, as I had done plenty of research and knew what a fair and good price was for my Hyunda I had a wonderful and easy experience! I was prepared going in, as I had done plenty of research and knew what a fair and good price was for my Hyundai Veloster. I gave my bottom line OTD price, and Thompson Hyundai met it with very little haggling. I very much enjoyed working with my salesman, Tony Rose. He is kind and accommodating. I received a tour of the dealership and was introduced to managers and service department employees. I appreciated that tremendously. This was not my first new car buying experience, and I know how terribly wrong these things can go. Thank you Thompson Hyundai for the best sales service! More
We had a terrible experience My partner and I went to Thompson Hyundai to purchase a used car. 2 days after driving off the lot (less than 100 mi.) the exhaust shield fell off of My partner and I went to Thompson Hyundai to purchase a used car. 2 days after driving off the lot (less than 100 mi.) the exhaust shield fell off of the car and was scraping the asphalt when driving, so that the car had to be towed back to the dealership to be dealt with. When talking about the problem via phone with the service manager, he was abrupt and impolite, and insinuated that we had somehow cause the damage. Though it WAS a part that was not specifically covered in the limited warranty, they did not even ATTEMPT to mitigate the circumstance or do right by us by offering to help in any way. They also told us that to fix the problem that they would have to order another part plus an adjoining catalytic converter, and they would fix it for us for approximately $1K. We took it across the street to Norris Honda and had the whole car (and shield fixed) looked at for $285. My advice is, "Buyer, beware!" P.S.: At least we bought a Honda, so what could have been a HORRIBLE experience turned out for us OK in the end, but it was NOT due in any part to the service we received at this dealership. More
