A Really bad experince that should have never happen. When I first got to the dealer to purchase a car, everything was great. But after I brought the vehicle and drove it off the nightmare began, First : I had to transfer all my items from my trade in to the new car in the rain.They wouldn't even put the car in the garage or a carport., Yes it was raining on the 12/23/2015 Since I was out off state they wouldn't even give me a rain check a voucher detail the car Second : The deal was to pay my first payment, and since they were having a Christmas party they told me that they would mail me the check due to no one in the office to issue a check to me. It took over a month and lots of my time calling the dealer to release the check. bad experience Third : To get my Bluelink connection was another problem, No one could help me. It took me over two weeks or so before I decided to call Hyundia customer service and make a formal complaint. The car is beautiful, and runs great as of today. I love it. But the service at the dealer was totally unacceptable. More
