Best Car Deal Ever!!! Jessica was absolutely amazing!! We have had many bad car buying experiences in the past with other dealerships. The sales people at other dealerships Jessica was absolutely amazing!! We have had many bad car buying experiences in the past with other dealerships. The sales people at other dealerships were very pushy and almost forced us into bad deals...Jessica was very knowledgeable about the vehicles we were looking at and made sure that she worked with her Manager to get us the best deal possible. When we told her where we needed to be payment wise, she made sure we stayed in that range and didn't go a dollar higher! Jessica gave me her personal phone number and I was able to contact her any time of the day with any questions or concerns and she always got right back to me with the answers I needed. Jessica's Manager at Thompson Hyundai was very straight forward and honest, as well as the Finance Manager who went over all of the details of the sale with us. For once, I left the dealership feeling good about my purchase instead of feeling like I had made a huge mistake!! I love my 2015 Sonata and I have never been happier with my purchase and with this dealership!! More

Sam did not force us to haggle and found the car we asked for at the price we were looking to spend. The financing team processed our lease without the usual upsells and add-ons that I have been accustomed to in the past. Feels like family; not a dealership My schedule is very unforgiving- between full time and pet time jobs and being a full time college student, my available time to look for cars and spe My schedule is very unforgiving- between full time and pet time jobs and being a full time college student, my available time to look for cars and spend hours at a dealership is non-existent. I knew exactly what car I was looking to purchase and what my budget would allow, so I decided to fill out the finance application prior to going to the dealt in order to save time. I explained that I wanted to ensure financing and gave my requested payment range. I said that if they could meet my request, I would come in to sign papers/take test drive. I received a text from Jessica Waters not too long after, saying that I was approved for financing within my range. I agreed to come in, but I was skeptical- I've been to places before that said similar things, only for them to fail to deliver. I explained that my schedule was crazy and could only be there for a short time. Jessica was absolutely amazing; she had all of the paperwork ready for me when I walked in. Not once during my visit did I feel pressured about anything; we were finished everything and I took delivery of my vehicle in 2 1/2 hours total. Jessica has a wonderful personality and treats you as a friend and not as a dollar sign. There were no sneaky sales tricks, no sudden "oh, we couldn't make your requested amount", no "let me go check with so and so". It was truly a painless experience. As a result of Jessica's excellent efficiency and customer service, as well as the service from Mary Jo and Tony in finance, I will be a customer of Thompson Hyundai for life.
