We saw that he was busy, but he was able to handle 2 different sales at the same time. We actually were at Bob Bell Hyundai and walked out because of their extremely poor customer service. Which means we were perfectly fine walking out of another dealership if we thought we were not being treated correctly. If it was not for Domonic, I am not sure we would have purchased that vehicle (we were looking at models with less features). So he did upsale us. Without a doubt our next car will be with wherever Domonic is. He was professional, fast, and a hard worker (which is hard to find these days). Buying a car is important. We need a reliable car for work (and the warranty cant be beat). It is and was important for us to give the right company the right sale. At Bob Bell, we were never welcomed. We walked in, no one of 7 employees said hi. It is very important to practice customer service, especially when people are spending 10s of thousands of dollars.
