She set me up with an appt. for the next day after getting me pre-approved for a purchase. The next day I met my salesperson, Sam, who was the ABSOLUTE BEST that I have ever worked with over 15 years of car purchases. He was friendly, efficient, encouraging and genuinely helpful. I don't have the best credit, but they worked with me to get it done. My deal was completed that first day and there were not any surprise fees. I got a 10 yr warranty and Sam set me up for my first maintenance appt. before I even left the dealership! Then, he has called TWICE to check on my experience with the new car. Love this place. I will definitely purchase from them again. More

I was looking for a specific car that you did not have on the lot at the time and Brian did all he could to find and bring that car in for me to inspect then purchasing. :) Now I have not dealt with the service dept other then getting the paint protection so I can not write a lot about that...BUT... the gentleman that did the Zurich protection did a great job...he explained more about the product and was very pleasant. When the time comes I hope that my service experience will be just as accommodating. More
