Service was amazing, shuttle driver not so much Service was great, however I had to get a shuttle home due to my tires having to be ordered. There are 4 speed bumps by my house and he fell asleep and myself, him and everything in the trunk flew up he said sorry he didn’t see it however his eyes were closed. After returning from my vacation I used the shuttle hoping it would be a different driver but it wasn’t. He still fell asleep behind the wheel even on the highway he was drifting to the side near the ridges. The service inside was great they are very helpful however I do believe a new shuttle driver is needed. More

The first was from a different sales rep, but our last 2 vehicles have been purchased from Kathy. Our most recent vehicle was a big purchase for us-- a new 2019 Ram 1500. She was very knowledgable about the different trim levels and asked a lot of questions about our towing needs/how we'd be using the truck (we were purchasing this truck for our furniture business). We went in with a monthly payment in mind and we ended up just about where we thought we'd be. We got a more than fair price for our trade. We didn't have to haggle and we were in and out quickly.
